Return and Refund Policy
We want you to choose the right Race Bear product with confidence. Because many of our products are large, heavy, or compatibility-sensitive, please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about cockpit fitment, wheelbase/pedal compatibility, shipping, or installation.
Change-of-mind returns
If you are a consumer customer, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, contact us at victor.c@racebear.com or WhatsApp / Phone +86 18688747127 before sending anything back.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, unmodified, and in their original packaging with all parts, manuals, accessories, and protective materials included.
Large or heavy products
Cockpits, motion systems, monitor mounts, and other large items must be approved by Race Bear before return shipment. The customer is responsible for safe repacking, tracked and insured return shipping, and any freight, collection, customs, storage, or failed-delivery charges for change-of-mind returns.
Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, installed, assembled, damaged, modified, or returned with missing parts or packaging. Custom-made, special-order, final-sale, software, download, license, and gift-card items are non-returnable where allowed by law.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, faulty, or not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos or video, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and arrange repair, replacement, parts support, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know whether the refund is accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refunded unless required by law. We may deduct reasonable costs for missing parts, damaged packaging, damage caused by handling beyond normal inspection, or reduced product value.
Refused deliveries and failed delivery
If an order is refused, undeliverable, or returned because the customer did not accept delivery, the customer is responsible for the actual shipping, return shipping, storage, handling, customs, taxes, and carrier charges. For international orders, refused shipments may be abandoned or disposed of by the carrier or customs authority; in that case, Race Bear may not be able to recover the product or issue a refund.
