Shipping and Delivery

Race Bear ships sim racing cockpits, motion systems, accessories, and compatible hardware to selected regions. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and any available free-shipping offer are shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 7-14 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, stock transfers, or when a product is temporarily out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will ship it once it arrives at our warehouse.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where available. Standard delivery is typically estimated at 7-21 business days after dispatch, depending on the product size, destination, courier service, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote areas, customs checks, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or large-item freight handling may require extra time.

Shipping cost

Free shipping is available on selected Race Bear products and regions. If a product or destination requires an additional shipping charge, the available options and costs will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

If you need faster delivery or a special shipping service, please contact us before ordering so we can check availability and cost.

Large and heavy items

Cockpits, motion systems, monitor mounts, and other large items may ship by freight or oversized courier service. Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and email are correct. Some deliveries may require an appointment, signature, or assistance receiving a heavy package.

Customs, duties, and local fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If your order is damaged in transit, missing parts, or significantly delayed, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, tracking number, photos or video, and a description of the issue. We will help review the case with the carrier and arrange the next step where appropriate.
